ABOUT US

LEADERSHIP

HWP works in close partnership with Hawaiʻi Hospitality Group, the first and only Hawaiʻi-based hospitality asset management firm. The alignment gives us an operator’s view of how the Islands’ leading properties actually run, and a shared commitment to the standard and long-term health of Hawaiʻi hospitality. When we build a team for your operation, we bring that same operator’s perspective to it.

We are also guided by the Law Office of Darin R. Leong, one of Hawaiʻi’s leading employment and labor law practices. With experience advising employers across the Islands and beyond, from local operators to Fortune 500 companies, Darin’s counsel ensures every team we build is structured correctly and compliantly, so your workforce strengthens your operation without adding risk.

FAQs
Clear answers before the first conversation
How does your staffing model work?
We begin with the roles, timing, and standards your operation has to meet, then coordinate sourcing and support around that plan.
How far ahead do we need to plan?
Earlier is always better for peak periods, but we can also help evaluate urgent needs and build a realistic path forward.
Which roles can you staff?
We focus on hospitality roles that support guest experience, property operations, and seasonal continuity across upscale Hawai‘i hotels and resorts.
Who handles compliance and coordination?
HWP helps coordinate the moving pieces with the right partners so your leadership team has one calm, accountable point of contact.
Do we have to commit long term?
No. We recommend a structure based on staffing need, season, and operational goals rather than forcing a single model.
